Take-over contaminated site

Too many risks, too expensive, too...
Are you the owner of a contaminated site and you do not know how to handle it? A site that blocks developments because the remediation operation is too risky, too expensive or takes up too much of your time? Contact us. We are often prepared to take over the site, including all responsibilities for the remediation operation.

Various possibilities
Apart from a standard, straightforward take-over of your contaminated site, BioSoil also offers other possibilities. This varies from taking over only the beneficial ownership to constructions with a temporary contract and an obligation to repurchase the property at a previously agreed price.

Interested?
Would you like to further explore the possibilities BioSoil has to offer in this respect? Contact Martin Slooijer (phone +31-(0)78-68 44 77). Together with you we will be happy to explore the possibilities for your location.
