Air quality monitoring
The quality of the air may be affected, particularly when a remediation site is contaminated with volatile solvents. This may impose a risk to the workers at the site as well as to the residents living in the vicinity of the location. In collaboration with our subsidiary CoMon Invent (Delft), BioSoil has developed a solution to this problem. With the help of a network of reliable gas sensors at and around the remediation site, the air quality can be continuously monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If a concentration exceeds a preset value, the system will automatically raise an alarm.
Monitoring cabin air
The monitoring system for detecting volatile contaminants can, in an adapted form, be used to monitor the quality of the air in crane, dragline, truck and excavator cabins as well.
