New contract in Chile
At the end of 2010, BioSoil acquired in Chile a new contract for an on-site remediation. The contract is for the on-site biological remediation of soil contaminated with Phenol. The contamination was caused by the earthquake that hit Chile in 2010, as a consequence of the eartquake several tanks were broken causing the soil and groundwater contamination. Based upon tests done by BioSoil R&D the most effective remediaiton approach was selected and offered to the client.
