Emission free mobile installation for soil conditioning

Cost-saving
The on site remediation of excavated soil has many advantages. Among other things it leads to considerable savings in transport costs. Moreover, no clean filler sand/soil has to be bought. In many cases on site remediation via natural attenuation is an excellent possibility but it generally requires good conditioning of the soil. This is why BioSoil has developed a special installation.

Mobile
The BioSoil soil conditioning installation is a mobile installation, which can be deployed anywhere. Thus the conditioning of the soil and the subsequent remediation operation can be conducted on site at every location.

Large capacity
The installation is capable of conditioning up to about 40 tons of soil per hour. This capacity enables BioSoil to guarantee relatively short though-put times for major projects.

Emission free
The installation is emission free. This prevents contamination of the environment or effects on the air quality caused by the evaporation of volatile compounds.

Monitoring with sensors
The installation and the conditioning drum are constantly monitored with sensitive gas sensors. This can prevent the development of explosive mixtures.

Broadly applicable
Because it is emission free and because there is no risk that explosive mixtures may develop, the conditioning installation can also be used at high concentrations.
