BioSoil is a dynamic company with a lot of young and creative professionals who just know how to tackle their work.  Achieving collective results is the primary target. Personal development 
As a leader in the field BioSoil attaches great importance to employees who are up on the latest developments and can also implement them in practice.  Thus personal development is an important point of attention within BioSoil.  In addition to a personal development plan, this is also achieved by utilizing a coaching system.

Staff association
The active staff association regularly organizes activities ranging from Christmas dinner to survival trips.

Apprenticeships
As a company that is serious about its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), BioSoil is happy to contribute to the training of environmental professionals. To achieve this, BioSoil collaborates with various training institutions in the region. Thus  apprenticeships are also regularly available at various departments of the company.
